Why do you want to become a chef?

Because I love to cook, it's very interesting how you can combine a few ingredients to make a great food, and also how the same food it's made different depending on the Chef.

What are your future plans?

I want to know more about gastronomy, travel around the world, and, at some point, start my own business.
