CASA Members & Associates update

Friday, November 17 the CASA Culinary Team delivered our CASA/Ninos Incapacitados Auctioned Thai dinner for 8 people which raised 36,000 pesos for Niños.

It was quite an extravaganza with an 8 course meal plus a palette cleanser.

The Chefs were: Roberta Kalan, Michele Lococo, Bev Denton, Sally Meyers, Allison Quattrocchi, Tracy Reuter, Marina Benz and Jose Melendrez and absentee Laure Hilden.

Car Park/Door Men/ Bartenders were: Mike Myers & Jose Melendrez (Jose & Mike stole the show, the guests loved them!)

One of the guests called us into the dining room after finishing their last course and all of them gave us a standing ovation and accolades such as : “over the top, incredible, professional, delicious, best execution of  many of the dishes, impeccable attention to detail"
