The gastronomy is a way to show love through any dish, it's where a chef shows their love, art, and passion. I want the people to know what I like to do and love to do.

 

What are your future plans?

I want to own my restaurant and show my knowledge as Gastronomy graduate. I want to share my appreciation and love to all my customers when all of them taste my food... all this when I will finish school.

Since I was a kid my grandpas made me enjoy food and getting fun in the kitchen. Besides my family is supporting me to follow my dreams and that's is the most important to me.
